What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone (optional) and the message you send. We collect no other personal data through this site. We use no analytics, no tracking cookies and no advertising.
Why we use your data
We use this data solely to respond to your request and follow up. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)). We will not send you marketing without separate, explicit consent.
Who we share it with
The form submission is processed by the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message to our inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes IP addresses and connection metadata as an infrastructure provider. We never sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact data only as long as needed to handle your request, and at most twelve months after the last exchange. They are then deleted.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability. To exercise these rights, write to info [at] xenioconsulting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We only store your language and theme (light or dark) preference in your browser's local storage, so the site works as you expect. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings. The Google map loads only if you click to enable it.
Security
Data is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS/TLS and hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, with attack protection and encrypted transit.
